I was a pain in the butt. This is my home, and, I was very nervous about choosing a color. Luis, the owner, showed me patience and understanding. He made sure to provide copies of his license and insurance. He brought the sample book, I chose a color, and when it was delivered I was nervous again because it didn’t look like the same color. Again, he showed me patience and asked me to have confidence in him that when it was up it would look exactly like what I wanted. I chose the color olive for the siding with Owens Corning roof shingles. Again, I was a pain in the butt. I researched for hours what shingles were best for my home before choosing. I chose black trim and I have no regrets. The color is amazing and they did an excellent job. They made sure to do some extras for me. He made sure the air conditioners were painted black, he painted my screen door, my awnings. Everything. I had 3 layers of siding on my home. We had no idea, but, Luis kept us informed every step of the way by taking pictures, calling us outside when we were home to show us stuff. He kept us fully integrated as part of the process! I couldn’t be happier with the guys he had at my home and the professionalism of the owner, Luis. Luis- thank you for having patience with me. I am truly happy with the look of my home! Luis @ Best Pro roofing is one of the best guy in town doing roofing and siding to the satisfaction. I got siding down with him in December of 2023. I liked his reasonable pricing , craftsmanship, honesty and punctuality. Post work support is also good as he turns up when needed. I will highly recommend him at BestPro roofing
